Precision CNC Milling
We provide precision CNC milling for components ranging from simple parts to detailed geometries requiring complex setups and multi-axis operations. Our team machines a wide range of materials, including aluminum, carbon and alloy steels, stainless steel, and plastics. We also welcome challenging, difficult-to-machine materials such as Inconel, titanium, and super duplex stainless steel.
Every job is programmed and set up by experienced machinists to maximize efficiency, maintain tight tolerances, and ensure parts meet exact specifications. We support both prototype and light production work.
Typical part sizes are under 12" × 12" × 12", with capacity up to 30" × 15" × 12".
Precision CNC Turning
Our CNC turning services cover everything from straightforward cylindrical parts to complex components with multiple features and tool changes. We efficiently produce detailed parts while holding tight tolerances and maintaining repeatability from run to run.
Typical part sizes are under 5” diameter x 12” length, with capability of 10” diameter, 15” length.

Black Oxide
Black oxide provides a thin, matte finish for steel components that maintains tight tolerances while offering light corrosion protection. We manage the process from machining through final delivery.
Nickel Plating
Electroless nickel plating delivers uniform coverage on complex geometries, enhancing wear resistance and corrosion protection. We oversee the full workflow to ensure finished parts meet requirements.
Powder coating
Powder coating offers a durable, protective finish with strong resistance to abrasion and environmental exposure. We handle coordination from machining through completion to deliver ready-to-use parts.
